A two-storey extension to Evesham Leisure Centre including extension works to the car park west of the Leisure Centre and provision of a new overflow car park.
PTR undertook both Groundworks (including drainage & services, foundations and external works) and Masonry works.
The works undertaken included;
- Deep drainage installation (up to 3m deep).
- Excavation and installation of foundations for new extension.
- Installation of concrete slab for new extension and concrete pad for new air con unit bases
- External works including kerbs for new and existing car park, slabbing and paving around new extension, etc.
- Masonry work including substructure brick and/or blockwork.
